If you're going to use any injectable gear, then of course you're going to need some "darts." You can pick up syringes at your local pharmacy unless your state has certain restrictions. Also, you can purchase needles online. Just do a little searching around and you'll find several places that'll hook you up. Syringes will run you around 50 cents apiece. Note that it'll be more difficult to obtain needles (at least from the larger, more "legit" companies) if you live in California and Illinois. You'll usually need a doctor's prescription in those states. Still, if you look around enough, you can get what you need.

Given the nature of many of the androgenic and estrogenic side effects from Trenbolone, it is often difficult to minimize the risk of negative effects while still preserving the efficacy of the drug. There are certainly methods that bodybuilders use to minimize the likelihood of harmful reactions, and the most important would be only taking anabolic-androgenic steroids under the supervision of a doctor who is well-versed in steroid use.
I think that if most bodybuilders objectively consider the long-term risks versus the short-term gains, it really won’t seem worth it in the end.

Fast-acting Primo?
Schering did used to make a fast-acting primo, that is, the Methenolone Acetate version as an injectable. However this was 20mg/ml and is no longer made. Some underground labs, particularly in the US have recently been making injectable methenolone acetate. However beware, as there is a reason that it was originally made at 20mg/ml; anything from 50mg/ml and above of this product will cause severe injection site pain following injection, and furthermore pretty much everyone I have read of who has tried this form of Primo at such concentrations will get flu like symptoms after every shot for a day or so. Thus the reason why methenolone acetate is not marketed by any major underground labs.

In cases where gynecomastia develops, it is possible to use an aromatase inhibitor called Letrozole to reverse it – but only in the very early stages. Once breast tissue fully develops, the only way to remove it is with gyno surgery. Sometimes, when the breast tissue is comprised mainly of fat, a common liposuction procedure will remove the tissue. In other cases, when the tissue is glandular in nature, the surgeon may need to go in and excise the tissue. These procedures are often followed by a removal of excess skin, particularly in older men or in cases when the gyno was especially severe.
