All down to discipline….train hard and eat right you maintain it. Obviously the testosterone levels drop but aslong as you come off the cycle correctly you will see little deterioration in you physique other than the constant pump look. If you train consistently then you will maintain you physique. The guy is speaking from personal experience and is obviously just sharing his own personal experience. How can there be any debate unless you have done it correctly yourself.
